Dear Friends,
Each Thanksgiving, friends and employees of LivePerson, Inc. strive to connect with families in need by hand-delivering entire Thanksgiving dinners to their doors in all five boroughs. In 2001 we started FeedingNYC, and delivered meals to 40 families in need. 10 years later, we have delivered more than 20,000 meals to families facing hunger.
Who do we help? Food is delivered to families who are in partnership with Women in Need, the Jewish Federation, Catholic Charities, and City Harvest.
How Can You Help?
As we strive to continue our mission, we turn to your generosity to help us meet our goal. We’ve enjoyed great success from corporate generosity, and we continue to solicit the help of corporations. FlatRate Moving will provide trucks and drivers to help our volunteers reach the families in need.
But we still need financial support. Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated. Remember, $35 funds a box which feeds an entire family.
We also seek volunteers to help assemble and deliver meals the week preceding Thanksgiving.
Our mission is simple: to connect people who - like you - want to help our neighbors in need.
